How can I help? |
Our helpdesk Includes unlimited
calls during normal hours (excluding public holidays) via telephone
or e-mail contact and provides capability for remote dial-in during
all hours (at EPS's discretion). This is subject to appropriate dial-in
software being available which may require purchase of appropriate software
especially if access to the desktop level is required.
The helpdesk service charge is chargeable one month in advance for a quarterly
period. |
