unlimited helpdesk calls (during normal hours excluding public holidays)
via telephone or e-mail contact and provides capability for remote dial-in
during all hours.
In addition we
offer a sliding scale of pre-paid hours for any IT support use
(e.g. project work - NT4 migration, Office 2003 upgrades etc.
) which are valid for 12 months from purchase date and based
on the number of hours purchased can work out as cheap as £45 per
hour.
